Washington, December 10 (QNA) - An earthquake measuring 5.1 magnitude on the Richter scale struck Tuesday the Adak area in the US State of Alaska.
According to the US Geological Survey, the earthquake occurred about 100 kilometers southwest of Adak, at a depth of 10 kilometers.
There were no immediate reports of injuries or material losses.
