Sharm El-Sheikh, November 06 (QNA) - The State of Qatar is participating in the 27th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP27), hosted by the Egyptian city of Sharm El-Sheikh, with a variety of activities through the Qatari pavilion participating in the conference.
During the conference, the State of Qatar will review the efforts to organize the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 in accordance with global environmental conditions.
The participation of the State of Qatar in the conference comes within the framework of its keenness to contribute to the international efforts to confront the effects of climate change, as many ministries, authorities and institutions of Qatar participate in the pavilion.
