Doha, April 18 (QNA) - The Crescent Sighting Committee at the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs (Awqaf) has called on all Muslims living in Qatar to sight the crescent of Shawwal on Thursday, Ramadan 29, 1444 AH, corresponding to April 20, 2023.
The committee said whoever witnesses the crescent should head to the headquarters of Awqaf in Dafna (Towers) area to report their testimony.
The committee will meet immediately after the Maghrib (sunset) prayer on the same day. (QNA)
