Martyr, Injuries in Israeli Bombardment of Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Yunis
Gaza, February 15 (QNA) - One Palestinian was martyred and others were seriously injured, as a result of the Israeli occupation forces targeting the orthopedic department in Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip.
Following that, the occupation forces stormed the complexs courtyard and fired on its sections, local sources told the Palestinian news agency (WAFA).
The occupation forces also forced a number of displaced people, doctors and nurses to evacuate the complex and head to Rafah, and arrested dozens of them when they tried to reach Rafah.
The occupation forces are imposing a strict siege on the complex for the 25th day in a row, with snipers targeting those inside it or in its courtyards, which has led to the inability of medical teams to move between its buildings, in light of the presence of 300 health personnel, 450 sick and wounded, and 10,000 displaced people.
On its 132nd day, the ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza Strip has so far claimed the lives of more than 28,473 Palestinians and left at least 68,146 injured, while thousands of victims are still missing under the rubble or left on the roads as the occupation forces prevent ambulance crews from reaching them.
