Doha, June 02 (QNA) - HE President of the Investment and Trade Court Judge Khalid bin Ali Al Obaidly emphasized the important role of the "Taqadi System" in developing the judicial process and making it more accessible - a significant step towards achieving the Court's vision.
The Investment and Trade Court developed the Taqadi System as an electronic platform for commercial and investment lawsuits that complies with provisions of the Court's Law.
Thanks to this system, we are making significant progress in facilitating judicial procedures. This platform will provide litigants, lawyers and judges with tools that enable them to achieve justice more quickly and effectively while maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and transparency, His Excellency said.
The Taqadi System is the fruit of continuous efforts to modernize and develop litigation procedures at the Court through the best modern and technical means, with the aim of providing a judicial service that meets the expectations of the community and contributes to enhancing trust in our judicial system, in pursuit of prompt justice, His Excellency added.
The Investment and Trade Court launched the Taqadi System - an integrated electronic platform designed to facilitate and expedite judicial procedures - in an ambitious step aimed at modernizing the judicial infrastructure and leveraging advanced technology.
The registration of new primary lawsuits at the Taqadi System started last Wednesday, as the registration of investment and trade lawsuits in the Mahakim System was closed.
Taqadi System aims to establish new rules for the lawsuits under the Court's jurisdiction in accordance with Law No. 21 of 2021. This enables different parties to manage cases more effectively, allowing them to conduct judicial operations electronically with high efficiency, transparency, and ease.
Through the Taqadi System, users can access a wide range of services such as filing lawsuits and tracking them, and viewing judicial rulings effortlessly. This platform will contribute to increasing the efficiency of the Court's judicial system. (QNA)
