Doha, October 18 (QNA) - Here is a summary of local news released Thursday: - Several Arab and international news agencies and media outlets extensively covered the speech of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, delivered at the opening session of the inaugural GCC-EU Summit, held in Brussels on Wednesday.
- HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani received Thursday a phone call from HE Secretary of State of the friendly United States of America Antony Blinken.
- HE Minister of State for International Cooperation Lolwah bint Rashid Al Khater met today via video conference with HE Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the sisterly Republic of Turkiye Berris Ekinci.
